Complaint resolution at CleanCo

Our mission at CleanCo is to deliver clean, renewable and low-emission energy solutions while meeting all safety and environmental requirements. We welcome feedback from community members to help us continue to improve our operations and meet our goals.

CleanCo has committed to resolving all complaints received from our stakeholders in an effective, respectful, and professional manner. In line with our values CleanCo commits that we will:

  • Make it easy for stakeholders to make a complaint;
  • Respond quickly, aim to resolve the complaint at first contact and display respect and empathy throughout the process; and
  • Address complaints objectively with a view to achieving a fair and reasonable outcome.
