Ipswich residents are invited to check out a draft masterplan for the redevelopment of CleanCo’s Swanbank Power Station in Ipswich and provide feedback.

Previously a coal-fired station, the site is being transformed into a clean energy hub that will include community infrastructure. The draft masterplan includes features such as restoration of the lake, recreation and playground spaces and an active transport route.

Earlier this year, CleanCo brought 30 Ipswich residents together as a Community Panel, to develop a draft masterplan for the site. CleanCo is now seeking feedback on the plan from Ipswich residents.
