CleanCo's Reimagine Swanbank project has been named a finalist in the prestigious Planning Institute of Australia's Queensland Awards for Planning Excellence 2023.

The visionary project to transform the Swanbank power station site into a Clean Energy Hub is a finalist in two categories:

• strategic planning project
• stakeholder engagement.

CleanCo made a joint submission with Arup for the awards. CleanCo has worked closely with landscape architect and urban planning consultancy Arup on this project since its inception in 2022.

The awards are presented by the PIA to recognise organisations that showcase leading practice across a range of planning disciplines. The awards celebrate the outstanding contributions made by planners who have demonstrated a commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in the realm of planning.
