Expressions of Interest are now open for the new Community Reference Group (CRG) being established for CleanCo's Swanbank Clean Energy Hub.

The CRG will provide a forum for CleanCo to engage with the Ipswich community, especially people who live close to our Swanbank site. Many changes are planned for the site as it transitions to become a Clean Energy Hub.

We are looking for 12 people to join the CRG. No special skills are needed - just local knowledge and interest, a willingness to share insights and a passion for the future liveability of the area.

The Terms of Reference outline the role of the CRG and how it will operate. People aged 14 and over are eligible to apply (people aged under 18 will need parent/carer permission). We are ideally seeking people who live or work within a 15km radius of Swanbank.

CRG members will receive a $50 voucher for each meeting they attend, in recognition of their time and local knowledge. Meetings will be held on a quarterly basis. The first meeting will be held at the Providence Community Centre in South Ripley on Weds 17 April from 6-8pm (TBC).
